Peakdesign announces DeepStream

July 15, 2005, Oakland CA. Peakdesign, a leading firm in the design of portable applications since 1990, announces DeepStream, a tool for subliminal message presentation through audio playback on Microsoft Windows Mobile 2005 (tm) handhelds. With the advent of the smart telephone based on powerful CPUs and operating systems, the recreational and business use of mobile devices is only beginning. Through DeepStream, high-tech psychological tools previously available on desktop PCs, and only to a few, can now be carried by everyone in pocket or purse. DeepStream uses sophisticated signal processing to automatically insert inaudible subliminal messages into a user's media library. DeepStream ships with a set of auto-suggestions designed to improve the outlook and well-being of the user. A wide range of subliminal messages will be available as downloads, much like ringtones, to personalize the user's handheld.  Favorites include relaxation, smoking cessation and motivational sets. DeepStream is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2007.
